The HUB’s Reservation System (Mazevo) can be accessed by any current UW student, staff or faculty, by using their individual email address.

Off-campus clients require a login account to be created by HUB staff to submit event requests. Use the below form to request a new Mazevo login. 

New users will be assigned a default set of permissions after their first log in, after which HUB staff will fully configure the account based on the individual’s Organization type. There are several categories that clients can fall into, review the below to determine which category best fits you.

Client Type:

Registered Student Organization (RSO)

  • Student groups that have registered through the HUB Student Activities Office (SAO) and are listed as a Registered Student Organization (RSO) on HuskyLink.
  • Any RSO member can create a Mazevo account, but only the five RSO officers listed on Husky Link can receive full RSO account permissions
  • Accounts must use each individuals’s email account, and cannot be shared 
  • Accounts can be associated with multiple RSOs
  • Contact with questions about student Mazevo logins

Student Government (ASUW/GPSS)

  • Any ASUW or GPSS entity.
  • The individual requesting the space must be listed as a member of the ASUW office on HuskyLink.
  • Logins must use the ASUW[ ] email address designated for their position.

UW Department

  • Academic or administrative units within the University of Washington – Seattle.
  • Logins must use the email address assigned to the individual requesting the space.
  • Shared departmental email addresses can be additional contacts on event, but cannot submit requests.

Off-Campus Clients or Personal Events

  • Off-Campus customers are external organizations that wish to reserve space at the HUB or individual UW students/staff/faculty that wish to hold private events such as weddings.
  • Use the form below to request a Mazevo login.

Resetting a Password

  • UW users: Mazevo accounts are linked to the UW Net ID system – please follow UW-IT’s protocol for retrieving or changing passwords.  
  • Off Campus users: If the password for a Mazevo login is lost or needs to be reset, please use the “Forgot Password” link that appears on the Mazevo login page.

HUB Games Reservations

Reservations for HUB Games (bowling alley, pool hall, etc.) are also requested through Mazevo.
