The Husky Union Building (HUB) is now accepting reservations for virtual events using the Balloon platform, and for in-person events following COVID-19 guidelines. Find more information about Balloon here, and reservations for in-person meetings/events here.

The ASUW Elections ballot will go live at 12am on Monday, May 3 and will close at 11:45pm on Wednesday, May 5. Beginning on May 3, you can access the ballot here:

The Student Activities Office (SAO) continues to provide advising for Registered Student Organization (RSO), Associated Students of the University of Washington (ASUW), and Graduate and Professional Student Senate (GPSS) activities. 

During UW Phase 2 Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) COVID-19 Prevention Guidelines, SAO can sponsor, guide, and support on-site event requests that are in compliance with EH&S policy.

SAO staff will not be present for on-site staffing of events during Phase 2 of EH&S COVID-19 Prevention Guidelines.
