Huskylink

The RSO Directory is an online database called Huskylink for all Registered Student Organizations (RSOs) at UW Seattle. The Student Activities Office manages the Huskylink RSO Directory. If an RSO is not listed in Huskylink, they are not an official RSO or may not be currently active. Husklink is also where you can find RSO information and RSO Events.

Huskylink Resources

Huskylink offers many benefits to RSO’s including:

  • Increased RSO Visibility
  • Advertise and promote RSO events
  • Manage membership
  • Upload documents
  • Create an RSO photo gallery
  • Create RSO elections/polls/surveys
  • Customize an RSO profile
  • Integrate social media pages
  • And more!

Each RSO is responsible for managing their own Huskylink profile. Five officers from each Registered Student Organization will be granted Group Administrator access on behalf of their organization. The Group Administrators must be currently enrolled UW Seattle students and will be responsible for managing the account for their RSO.

Registered Student Organizations are required as a condition of registration to abide by the University’s Non-Discrimination Policy which states: organizations and their members shall not discriminate against any individual(s) because of race, color, creed, religion, national origin, citizenship, sex, pregnancy, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, genetic information, age, marital status, disability or status as a disabled or Vietnam era veteran.
