Join us for the very first Winter RSO Fair – open to all UW students!
The Winter RSO fair is a chance for students to learn about some of the Registered Student Organizations that are active at UW Seattle. You can also meet and talk with ASUW & GPSS our student government or talk with an SAO advisor who can help you find other engagement opportunities. While we can’t host all 1200 RSO’s, the fair will provide selected RSO’s a way to promote their activities, recruit new membership and volunteers, and get a boost in visibility to the UW community.
The fair will also have some special guests and a live ice carving demonstration!

SAO will now offer drop-in office hours for RSO’s to be able to briefly meet with their advisor outside of scheduled meetings. If you’d like to meet your advisor during drop-in, please review the hours below.
Policies on Drop-in Office Hours:
- Students can only meet with their assigned SAO advisor. To find out who your advisor is, please visit your RSO page on Huskylink.
- Wait times will be dependent on the number of students who are waiting before you.
- Students will be seen in the order they checked in via the Zoom waiting room or in person to the SAO office (HUB 232). If you leave the waiting room, you will lose your place in line.
- Drop-in advising sessions are generally expected to be around 15 minutes. If you need more time with your advisor please consider sending them a request for a one on one appointment.

The Student Activities Office is looking forward to your presence at the 40th Annual Student Activities Fair on Red Square and the Quad from September 24, 2025 through September 25, 2025! Located on Red Square and the Quad, over 200 Registered Student Organizations (RSOs) of our over 1000s RSOs where you can connect with people that share your interests and passions or discover new ones! You can also meet and talk with staff from the Student Activities Office (SAO), who advise and support student-run events, programs, and governance. The fair is open to all current RSOs as a way to promote their activities, recruit new membership and volunteers, and get a boost in visibility to the UW community.
The fair is one of the main events of Dawg Daze, the campus-wide, week-long series of events welcoming new and returning students to UW. During the Student Activities Fair, the Vendor Fair takes place on Red Square and showcases the businesses that support Dawg Daze! Grab some free swag and food and learn more about the businesses that help make Dawg Daze happen.
