The HUB Information Desk serves as the central location for information in the HUB, and provides a variety of additional services.
These services include:

- HUB Lost & Found
- Processing payments for HUB Events, Advertising, and Student Legal Services
- Ticket sales through the HUB Ticket Office
- Approving posters for the HUB bulletin boards
- Campus maps
- Printing, faxing, and laminating
- HUB meeting and event checkouts (service elevator access, carts, and adapters)
