RSVP Now for Virtual RSO Fairs This Fall in HUB Gather

The HUB is offering additional opportunities for your RSO to network in the HUB’s proximity video chat room HUB Gather. There is no need to create a Gather account, we will provide detailed instructions prior to the fair. Try it out and visit our virtual HUB at hub.washington.edu/virtualhub

RSO Sign-ups are now live to attend on 10/13, 10/28, and 11/16, all 4-6 pm. RSVP at https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSebSoGX1LvYNgj9swbS0dPhgcAtpjv7ogtSMW9PEXbzXr1Tdw/viewform. Not in an RSO, but want to be? No problem- just click on the link for the fair on the date/time you want to attend!

SPACE IS LIMITED! Tabling space will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

NEW THIS YEAR: SAO will also host RSO Registration sessions at the fairs on 10/13 and 10/28- no need to sign up in advance, just show up in the virtual room for registration. Virtual registration at the fairs is open to all Active or Frozen RSO’s, and students wanting to form new RSOs!
