HUB Games’ activities and spaces may be reserved with no deposit required. Individual activities can be reserved (2+ bowling lanes or 2+ pool tables) or event hosts may choose to reserve a combination of gaming activities or exclusive event spaces to host events small or large. Information and rates are listed below for potential party ideas.

The following offer an easy way to plan a small or large event with suggestions on the most commonly reserved options along with pricing for one hour of those options. Hosts then choose whatever activities they want when making a reservation via Mazevo.
Large Event & Small Party Ideas
The Entire Facility @ HUB Games
Exclusive access to most areas of HUB Games including:
- The Alley (including all 12 bowling lanes + VIP Lounge)
- The Pool Hall (including 9 pool, 2 Table Tennis tables, 2 Console systems)
- Console Arcade (glass room containing 5 Xboxes, 5 Nintendo Switches)
- HUB Games’ Party room (commercial fridge, sink, microwave)
- HUB Games’ Foyer (includes ten 3-foot square table w/seating for 34)
- Air Hockey, Bubble Hockey & two retro coin-op machines (switched to free play)
- Note: The Entire Facility does NOT include the pc gaming lounge, but can be added for an additional fee.
Rental rates listed are per hour. HUB Games capacity is 350.

Bowling: The Alley
Host a great bowling party with exclusive use of The Bowling Alley and VIP Lounge for your guests. Includes all 12 bowling lanes, air hockey, bubble hockey and retro coin-op, 6-foot tables for food/drink and the seating section behind The Alley.
Note: Cosmic Bowling can be added for small fee. The Alley capacity is 125.

The Pool Hall (Billiards Hall)
For special events and parties, renting the Pool Hall includes all 9 Pool Tables, the 2 Tennis Tables, 2 premium console systems, 8 TV’s for watching sports, and our tabletop gaming lounge with butcher block tabled seating for 18. The Pool Hall capacity is 150.

An approved UUF request is required for large events hosted by/open to individuals outside of the University as these events will be given permission by the HUB to use a University Facility.

Note: Rates are per hour and subject to change. Rates prorated by the minute.
HUB Games Reservation Information
Rate structure: UW Student, UW Staff/Faculty or Off-Campus
UW Student Pricing: Applies to any reservation, regardless of payment method, for gatherings meant primarily for students and student organizations and their members.
- UW Students must be currently registered in classes
- RSOs must be currently registered through SAO and listed in RSO Directory
- ASUW/GPSS entities must work with their SAO adviser for reservations & payments
UW Department Pricing: Applies to any reservation made by UW staff for official gatherings meant for their UW department and its staff/students -AND- paid via a UW budget/worktag.
Walk-ins: Anyone using a single lane, pool table, table tennis, or video gaming console for themselves or a small group, regardless of payment method, will receive the pricing based on their status (student, staff, off-campus).
Parties & Events: Any party (birthday, bar/bat-mitzvah, alumni, reunion, anniversary, retirement, social/happy hour, etc.) or event that is not affiliated with a student group or UW department (as defined above), or which is clearly open to non-UW community members, will be charged off-campus rates regardless of the status of the person making the reservation.
Bowling Rates, The Alley & Cosmic Bowling
Bowling lane reservation rates are per lane/per hour and include free bowling shoe rental for all bowlers.
Note: Hourly bowling reservations during Cosmic bowling are slightly higher and listed below.

Esports Gaming Lounge PC Rates
HUB Games offers a 1,000 square-foot full-service gaming center with 38 high-end gaming computers supporting casual and competitive gaming. Rates are per computer/per hour or for the Entire Esports Arena & PC Gaming Lounge.

Console Video Gaming Rates
HUB Games features console gaming on Xbox One and Nintendo Switch gaming systems. Systems can be played on 75″ big screen tv’s in the Console Arcade. Two additional systems on 65″ big screen tv’s are located in the Pool Hall. HUB Games has over 100 games to play or players may bring their own discs.
The Console Arcade includes 5 X-Box One gaming systems and 5 Nintendo Switches. Rates for renting the entire HUB Console Arcade are per hour.

- HUB Games large event package #1 includes exclusive use of the Bowling Alley + Pool Hall including ALL bowling lanes, pool tables, table tennis, and video game consoles. This also includes the VIP Lounge & Party Room as well as the Air Hockey, Bubble Hockey and the two retro coin-op machines.
- Rental rates are per hour.
- Sunday reservations, and weekend reservations over the summer, require a 3-hour minimum and incur a small hourly security fee.
- HUB Games capacity is 350.
- NO Esports: Entire Facility events do NOT include the Esports Arena & PC Gaming Lounge, but can be added for a small fee.

Reservation Requests
Reservation requests submitted in 💻 Mazevo will be confirmed within 1-2 business days (please allow more time on holiday and summer weekends). HUB Games staff will confirm via an email from the “University of Washington” that includes a reservation invoice to be paid during the event.
Ready to Make a Reservation Request? 
The HUB has partnered with Mazevo to assist customers with reserving space in the building. Using Mazevo allows event hosts the ability to see when each gaming activity (called “rooms” in Mazevo) is available on the day guests are looking to host an event. Hosts can then easily book the activities desired, and even select specific hours for each gaming activity (directions posted in our FAQ’s).
Event hosts must submit a reservation request in Mazevo at 💻 www.mymazevo.com and select “HUB Games” as the building/location to book in.
⚠ UW customers simply log in with their UW netid. Off-campus users, without a Mazevo account, must request a Mazevo user login before they can submit a reservation request. This can be done via email to hubgames@uw.edu or via phone at 206.543.5975.
