RESERVATIONS POSTPONED DURING COVID-19: The University of Washington is working closely with public health officials to monitor evolving recommendations for holding events during the COVID-19 outbreak. While our mission is to provide a dynamic event center, our first priority must be to help you stay safe and healthy. As a result, we are not currently accepting any reservation requests for Spring Quarter 2020.  We are accepting requests for events for June 22, 2020 and beyond. As the situation evolves, we’ll post updates. Please contact hubgames@uw.edu with any questions or concerns.

HUB Games Availability Check (reservation request)

Submitting the following form will initiate an Availability Check to see if HUB Games can accommodate your event based on space, resources, and staffing levels. Upon submitting the form, an email confirming receipt of the reservation information is automatically sent. This email in no way represents the request is a confirmed reservation. HUB Games staff will follow up within 2-4 business days with your confirmation if space was available.

Please call HUB Games [206-543-5975] to inquire about same-day availability during business hours. Same day reservations should not be submitted online. Walk-in guests are always welcome and accommodated on a space available basis when HUB Games is open.
