HUB Games Availability Check/Reservation Request

Submitting the following form will initiate an Availability Check to see if HUB Games can accommodate your event based on space, resources, and staffing levels. Upon submitting the form, an email confirming receipt of the reservation information is automatically sent. This email in no way represents the request is a confirmed reservation. HUB Games staff will follow up within 2-4 business days with your confirmation if space was available.

GROUP RESERVATIONS DURING COVID-19: The University of Washington is working closely with public health officials to monitor evolving recommendations for holding events during the COVID-19 outbreak. While our mission is to provide a dynamic event center, our first priority must be to help our guests stay safe and healthy. As a result, HUB Games is not accepting any group reservation requests for 2020. Group reservation requests can be made for events for 2021 and beyond. As the situation evolves, we’ll post updates. Please contact hubgames@uw.edu with any questions or concerns.
