The Vinyl Banner Project is a service offered through the Resource Center in collaboration with Creative Communications (C2). This project is only for Registered Student Organizations (RSOs). Each RSO is eligible for one vinyl banner. Whether you’re promoting an event, recruiting new members, or just want to make your presence known, this program gives you the chance to create a banner that reflects your organization’s identity.

 

About Creative Communications (C2)

C2 is UW’s official printing and creative service, providing professional design, printing, and mailing solutions for the campus community.

How it Works

  1. Prepare your banner design file (follow the guide)
  2. Submit your request through the form
  3. Receive approval confirmation from RC email (source@uw.edu)
  4. Pick up your completed banner at the RC
