The HUB’s Event Management System (EMS) requires a login to request meeting and event space.
Use the below form to request a new EMS login. The HUB recommends using an email address that all event contacts will have access to, as it will be used for all event-related communications.There are several categories that clients can fall into, review the below to determine which category best fits you.
Client Type:
Registered Student Organization (RSO)
- Student groups that have registered through the HUB Student Activities Office (SAO) and are listed as RSO’s on Husky Link.
- Only one of the five RSO officers listed on Husky Link can request a login.
- Logins must use the @uw.edu email address assigned to the RSO.
- Contact the Student Organization Resource Center (SORC) with questions about student EMS logins.
Student Government (ASUW/GPSS)
- Any ASUW or GPSS entity.
- Logins must use the @uw.edu email address assigned to their entity.
- Contact the Student Organization Resource Center (SORC) with questions about student EMS logins.
UW Department
- Academic or administrative units within the University of Washington-Seattle.
- Logins should use a shared departmental or unit @uw.edu email address as it will be used for all event-related communication.
Off-Campus Clients or Personal Events
- Off-Campus customers are external organizations that wish to hold an event at the HUB or individual staff/faculty/students of the UW that wish to hold private events such as weddings.
- Any email address may be used.
Reset an EMS Password
- If the password for an EMS login is lost or needs to be reset, please email hubres@uw.edu. The reset password function on the EMS website does not work
Reservations for the bowling alley and games area are processed separately.
An EMS login is not required.
