    • Sign up for the Rec Class Pass to attend a Fitness, Mindfulness, or UWild class! The Rec Class Pass is FREE for students and available for $65 for non-students. Classes include dozens of different options like Total Body Fitness, yoga, Zumba, Electro Cycle, and many more.
    • The Intramural Activities Building, or gym, is open – register to reserve your spot.
    • Intramurals is offering a Softball Homerun Derby, soccer and basketball, spikeball, lawn games and sand volleyball tournaments, and trivia.
    • The Waterfront Activities Center is open and available by reservation to rent kayaks and canoes.
    • UWild has an exciting selection of workshops on climbing and outdoor leadership to help you experience your best adventure! 
    • Improve your performance, balance, strength, and coordination with help from a personal trainer. Available online, your trainer will help you to achieve your fitness goals. Deeply reduced rates for students.
    • Our resident nutritionist will work one-on-one with you to provide individualized nutrition counseling through our Peer Nutrition Program! Student rates are less than half price.
